Courses available at Fame EMS:
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare
Provider: ($30.00/person)
Designed for physicians, paramedics,
EMT's and any other people who may need to work hand-in-hand with
these people. An 8 hour course which covers special procedures and
equipment used to aid in the resuscitation of a person in cardiac
arrest.
HeartSaver CPR: ($30.00/person)
Designed for the everyday person. This
course which lasts 4 hours, is not as in depth as the Basic Life
Support for the Healthcare Provider, but will give you the
competency to perform good, quality CPR until advanced providers
arrive.
HeartSaver First Aid: ($30.00/person)
A four hour course that will teach you how
to recognize medical and traumatic injuries and what to do in those
first few minutes, which could mean the difference of life and
death, until someone with further training arrives.
HeartSaver First Aid and CPR:
($60.00/person)
An 8 hour course which includes all
components of HeartSaver First Aid and HeartSaver CPR.
